Lost and Found
- Lost and found is for Personal Property.
- Shop property, tools, and materials from hackables don't go in L&F, they get put away.
- Lost and found is located in the cubbies at the base of the stairs downstairs
- They are clearly marked.
- Things in L&F are not fair game.
- They are personal property that was left out and needs to be taken home.
- The L&F shelves are split into 4 Staging areas.
- Week 0, Week 1, Week 2, Oversized
- Oversized items are to be tagged with a Shastag that is dated with the date found
- Not to be backdated more than 3 days
The Lost and Found Process
- An item has been found that is personal property and is unmarked and unknown! It belongs in L&F! Put it in the "WEEK ZERO" shelf! Or give it a Shastag and place in the oversize shelf if it can fit!
- Each Tuesday, Facilities Committee members will go up and move things from the Week Zero shelf to the Week One shelf.
- Things in the Week One shelf will go to the Week Two shelf.
- Things in the non existent Week Three shelf will be disbursed.
- Disbursal means that an item will either go into Hackables, be thrown away, or stored in Facility Director's garage, in the case of property who's value demands it needs longer time for waiting for the owner to claim it.
