Facilities To Do List by Priority

1. PENDING MOVE - Assist Move to 414 Stevens Ave.
2. Summer Appreciation - Making the shop enjoyable through the summer heat. Looking at ECD 5/11. Per Shop Heating & Cooling
   1. Installing A/Cs
   2. Weatherization
3. Shop Safety - We already have some basic gear down, looking at getting one done each month in parallel with 'Organization'.
   1. Mount additional fire extinguishers (Per 3/10 Member Meeting). We will need 5, 10 lbs ABC extinguishers, one in each of the following:
      • Kitchen/Office
      • Main Room
      • Equipment/Back Room
      • Social Loft
      • Library Loft
   2. Place Emergency Evacuation placards; fire and tornado.
      • Build and mount an 'EXIT' sign on inside of foyer entrance. Needs to be lit. Try glow-in-the-dark paint.
      • Put 'EMERGENCY EXIT' labels on North Windows and garage door with directions on how to open.
4. Suggestion: IR Cameras - Would like to have two cameras monitoring where we park our cars. IR so it can pick up images at night.
